I figured that I would take some time and answer some questions for you so you can plan ahead of time so you will enjoy your vacation even more! Here are a list of items in the unit and some questions I commonly receive ..I hope it helps
Inventory
all new bath towels this year with plenty of extras
NO BEACH towels ....it is a byobt condo!
6 beach chairs .....
one basketball
one cooler - holds about a 12 pack and we have the ice packs
Plenty of flatware and plates - pots and pans - champagne glasses, wine glasses, margarita glasses ...hey its vacation
blender, microwave,coffee grinder , mixer , toaster. electric stove, dishwasher, washer dryer, iron and yes an ironing board ....
linens extra sets ....pillows and blankets extra sets ....
three adult mountain bikes.....
DVD player .....cable TV .....
two box fans ........we do have central air .....
pack and play by graco
some tent thing for kids ....i am an uncle and know nothing of these things ...
umbrella stroller
beach toys for kids ...
some DVDs ...some books ...some board games ....some puzzles ...
This is more than a summer cottage ...it is a home so remember we have stuff here because we live here too!

What time can I get in?
check in time is at 2pm - if i can get you in sooner - i call!
what is checkout time?
check out time is 11am ....
what about my deposit?
legally we have a month to give back but generally at the time of departure or we will send in a week - remember the key alone is $100.00 each! As the key to the building is not a key - it is a fob...a plastic piece you tap on the door to gain access to the property
what about cleaning and laundry ?
as I said to all - if you want to pay for cleaning charges you can ...look around and you will see that there are extra charges all around the area for linens and cleaning....
i figure that people like to spend money on eating out ..than cleaning ....so if you if you clean you save!
Can I put wet towels on the railing?
THIS IS A MAJOR NO NO .....PLEASE NO TOWELS ON THE RAILING ITS AGAINST CONDO RULES!
Where do i park? just anywhere ....
NO ...you have ONE parking space and one only .....if you park in another spot ...you will be towed or at least yelled at ...parking is a premium so please park in only 210 ...we are four doors from the back and that aint alot!
What do I really need to bring ?
Well this is my spiel we provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom ..and one roll of paper towel.....
i think you will need the following
beach towels
beach umbrella if you choose
food
clothes
cash ...
fun vacation stuff .....
What I recommend is the following .......to make the first day easy .....
1. bring a cooler full of food to get through the first day .....then go shopping on Sunday ...
or
2. go out to eat and then go shopping on Sunday ......
I recommend the following places to eat ....
Union Bluff - great creamy crab dressing and cheap during sox games
Shore Road Diner - 8.99 lobster rolls and cheap breakfast
Lobster Cove... good haddock ...
Woodys pizza ..you can walk and it has some great pizza ...
Friendly Toast ..portsmouth ..very eccentric and open 24hrs a day on weekends
Inn on the Blues ...not bad ..not too bad ..
Ricks in York Villages
York Hospital ..open 24 hrs a day and it is GOOD .....
Face it packing is a royal pain .....why bring everything?

There are many places to shop within 20 minutes of York they are the following
